Job description
Responsible for generalist human resource activities to include hiring, engagement, training and development.
Assist in screening the right fit applicants, administer assessments, review applications/resume and make recommendations to senior team members.
Prepare and maintain job related documentation, MIS reports.
Design and conduct new employee orientations, onboarding.
Assist in Learning & Development activities across the organization.
Responsible for coordination for L&D initiatives.
Maintain related MIS reports & share updates weekly, monthly.
Assist the team in developing learning calendar, screen potential vendors & develop modules.
Act as single point of contact for onboarding new learning partners, ensure right documentation & process followed.
Work on process improvement projects as & when required.
